Our client, a leading environmental service provider, has a weekly routine of publishing E-manifest data from all generators, transporters, and TSDF as flat files to internal teams for analysis.

However, the data files are large and contain micro-level data, making it difficult for the client's marketing team to use them for decision-making.

To provide a clearer and real-time perspective of the data handled, our OptiSol team worked with the client to develop a PowerBI platform that displays data cohesively and visually.

Downloaded e-Manifest files uploaded to the EPA site at regular intervals using a scheduled job.

We built a pipeline to extract the downloaded file and upload it into multiple tables. The uploaded data files are then moved to an archive folder.

We designed cubes to store aggregate data based on multiple dimensions. The data uploaded to base tables are aggregated and populated into various cubes.

We built PowerBI reports and trained the marketing team on how to use it and create new ones.
